David Levesque – Attorney
Attorney David Levesque was raised in a commercial fishing family near Ellsworth and has made Midcoast Maine his home for the past 25+ years. He is an active supporter of his community and has provided legal services to the Midcoast and beyond for more than 20 years. As a graduate of UMaine Law and a past president of the Maine Bar Association, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience about what it means to be a lawyer serving Mainers. He is active in the small business community and provides legal advice and services to individuals and business owners alike.

Elliot Boyle – Associate Attorney
Elliot Boyle is a native Hoosier, having made his way to Maine in 2020. His professional and educational background is grounded in community lawyering. As someone new to his community and to the practice of law, he is committed in service to Levesque Law’s clients, always ready to meet a new face and explore new areas of the law.
Mason Brewer – Associate Attorney
Mason is a proud native of Wiscasset and has deep roots in Maine. After college, he and his family returned to the Mid-coast to be close to the community he always called home and to begin his dream career as an attorney. He is a graduate of Vermont State University-Lyndon and University of Maine School of Law. Mason is passionate about supporting Maine people in meaningful ways and is eager to embark on his legal career on behalf of Levesque Law clients.

Dorothy Peters – Business Manager
Dorothy’s brings extensive experience in finance and business administration to Levesque Law. She has spent her career helping organizations strengthen their financial systems, streamline operations and grow strong teams with a collaborative approach. Deeply committed to the community where she gets to call home, Dorothy stays actively involved in local community service, enjoys her weekly cribbage night and treasures time with family and friends.

Sue Foye – Legal Assistant
With four decades of experience as a Legal Assistant in the Mid-Coast area, Sue is a steady and compassionte presence in our office. Whether assisting clients or supporting our team, she approaches her work with dedication and empathy. Sue grew up and resides in Wiscasset. She enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with family and friends in this area, and traveling to visit with family in Georgia.
Nels Faul – Legal Assistant
Nels is a born-and-raised Mainer and Political Science graduate of the University of Southern Maine. Nels is passionate about helping others and plays an integral role at Levesque Law, supporting clients as they navigate their legal matters. He looks forward to continuing his education and attending Law School in coming years. When he is not welcoming clients at the front desk of our Damariscotta Office, Nels can most likely be found practicing yoga, studying French and Spanish, or volunteering at his local food pantry.
